How the hell is the power to steal someone's destiny an F-class ability? Hell if this ability is not a one time use, it should easily be S+ rank ability even with other restrictions, Don't tell me the author ripped the concept of it only working when dieing from SSS-Class Suicide Hunter?

I haven't read enough to understand what the repercussions are, if any, but he accrues negative karma by stealing abilities. Not really sure why though, since he shouldn't be harming anyone. Corpses don't need abilities.

It's not an F class ability. The Mc had a F class destiny while having an S class ability. The mc couldn't use his S class ability because he had an extemely low amount of mana. Desiny steaing is an S cass ability

The F-class in the title refers to the rank of the MC's Hunter Qualifications before regression.
