Sypnosis:

Somehow, I Became the Savior of the Villains.

Prologue:

I possessed a character in a novel.

And that too, as an extra destined for a miserable end.

So, in order to avoid that terrible fate, I worked hard, and before I knew it, I became close to some of the other characters.

The people I got close to seemed... strange somehow.

Without exception, they were the ones who were supposed to fight the protagonist in the original work and then go missing—characters destined to become villains.

"Luca, I can ask you to be my partner for this ball, can't I?"

The worst princess, who trusted no one, asked me to escort her,

"Senior Luca! Where are we going? This time, I'll protect you!"

The ancient weapon's collaborator, who once howled about killing all of humanity, insists on protecting me,

"Ah, Luca-kun. It's another fine morning. Do you have some time? There's something I'd like to research."

And the mad scientist Ain, who claimed countless lives for his experiments, is obsessed with me.
