"One day, Ace." I said with a smile. "The day will come when I will get rid of you."
"Why not now? I’m already giving you the chance to do that. Midnight is near. ”
"You!" I said emphatically.

He was playing with me! He knew a lot about me, but why hadn't he got rid of me yet? It was especially clear to him why we were together now. He knew my mission.
